catalyst~ a person or thing that causes an event. I see myself as having influence in any given room I walk into regardless of whether or not my influence is for the better. This record tells the story of how I effect others in a negative way by acting small. Slowly, through each track, my heart expands. It's different ways of coping with social anxiety and finding the empowerment to choose which way. If I allow myself to be, I'm a force of nature.
